Today, for day six of Inktober, my prompt is Floral. I thought I would doodle a tree, by the sea, which is a horrible rhyme.

Inktober – Arch De Triumph
Today is the first day of Inktober 2017, and my prompt is Architectural. I decided to draw the Arch de Triumph from Paris with a banner, and to use my tiny Sakura Micron pens. Here’s to seeing if I can keep up this year.
Tinman Cyborg (Inktober)
Today starts Inktober 2016. Thought I’d kick it off with a version of the Teen Titan Cyborg from the episode “Riding the Dragon.” This version showed up the previous season in “Campfire Stories” and I’m glad they gave it some more screen time.
Teen Titans – Etsy Commission
It’s been a long time since I posted anything, lots of projects on the side. This was a commission I got through Etsy for the whole Teen Titans crew in the same style as one of my Inktober doodles. I didn’t want to post this until it was mailed and received by the customer.
Stained Glass Cross
I have not been doing a very good job of posting lately, so I have a bunch of my Sunday bulletin doodles piled up in the sketchbook. This was my attempt to start working on a faux stained glass wallpaper for our church’s projection screen. Our old chapel had an amazing stained glass window above the baptistry, right in the center of the back wall. Our new building is lacking a little of this character so I’m gonna see if I can change that.
I pulled this sketch into Inkscape where I cleaned it up and then separated all the individual panes. Now for some coloring and photo lighting effects.
Inktober Assault Tank
Last Day of Inktober!!! I wanted to do something with a large vial or tank of ink, and that idea ended up as this. A tank with a tank I suppose. Time for a break from doodling!
Inktober Ink Trooper
Day one in the bag! I’m planning on using my dad’s old Koh-i-noor artpen to do most of my inktober stuff. I really should have mixed up the ink more before I filled it up.
