I got a request quite some time ago to re-draw one of my old doodle characters in the style of a different doodle and this is what I came up with.  Hope they like it!

Nerdy Roger

Nerdy Roger

Nerdy Roger

I’ve been trying to think of a design that I could sell vinyl stickers of, and I finally decided on this one.  Take that all you pirates and banditos terrorizing the streets with your scary rear window jolly rogers.  You haven’t known fear until your crossed whits with a true nerd!!!

The first run of a smaller size lost a bunch of teeth in the cutter, so I’ll probably dump the retainer and try again.  Might set up a shop on etsy if anyone is interested in buying?

Skull and glasses in mypaint, slide rule, pen and final composite in inkscape.  all in ubuntu.

These are vinyl door decals I made for my two boys.  I’ve been having more and more fun playing around with my Silhouette Cameo, experimenting with it’s capabilities and limitations.  Here’s a photo of one in action.

Here’s a little Star Wars Jawa guy I drew for some craftiness I’ll post tomorrow.  Been lite on the posting lately but have been pretty busy and done lots of stuff that’s not very postable.

jQuery Rotate Clock – Happy New Year!

rotate clock

rotate clock

In honor of the new year and because I’ve been meaning to figure out how to make this idea work for a few years, I made a new jQuery clock!  It uses purely css and javascript so it should render exactly the same across all browsers (no canvas, no css3 rotate).  Hope you enjoy, and happy New Year everyone!

More of my old clocks can be found here.
