I finally glued the rest of the segments together to finish up the tunnel. It’s about 2 feet long now, so the cats can fully hide inside of it. It’s actually a pretty solid form once the glue is all set.

I cut two or three wardrobe boxes into 1 1/2 inch strips on my bandsaw and then into 15 1/4 inch lengths with a 30 degree bevel on each side. I forgot to buy more glue so the above picture was as far as I got with what I had. It will be about 2 feet long when it’s complete.
I had the idea for this doodle bouncing around in my head in time for May the 4th, but didn’t get time to draw it until this weekend.
Groot was doing his best to aid in the fight, but once the bad guys noticed him and started heading his way, he thought he’d try out his new “cute little guy” defense to re-gain the upper hand.
