My little one and I got the tools out this weekend and put together his raingutter regatta ship for scouts. As you can see by the plain white mid-section, he wasn’t much in the mood for decorating after all the fabrication work. He did convince me to make a little bald eagle decal for the sail though.
It’s heavily patterned after a logo I saw, but wholly re-drawn in Inkscape.
Poor Hulk, he just wanted to vault over that car real quick and pick up the quarter he dropped…
One of this weeks sketch_dailies topics. Earth! Fire! Wind! Water!… Heart?
I had a few minutes to scribble out something, but I probably should have used my time for something else. What a horrible/boring pose, right? I’ll try and redeem myself soon…
We were playing around with some of the LEGO figures at our table whilst enjoying our Easter feast and I decided to make Emmet a little more festive. Happy Easter everyone, I hope it wasn’t all about eggs and candy.
Here’s a few LEGO mechs my oldest made that I’ve been meaning to post forever.
Another sketch_dailies topic from this week. Have a great weekend everyone!
A retired Navy friend asked me to help him with a tattoo he wants to get. He had this scan of a print out of a photo of a much loved tshirt. The design from the back was something he helped with while he was serving and he asked if I could redraw it for him to get as a tattoo. I’m not sure who the original artist was.

We just got back from an overnight Cub Scout camping trip aboard the USS Lexington. I think the boy’s favorite part was the aft CPO game room on the deck right above our berthing. How’s that for some navy jargon usage!
Another Sketch_Dailies topic I decided to doodle up real quick. Have a great weekend!
Just a quick doodle inspired by one of the recent Sketch_Dailies topics.
