I’ve been doing quite a few cool things lately that I want to post, but they all seem to be gifts for our friends back home so I have to wait until they get them to post the pictures. Not too much longer…
Please allow me to tide you over with this smashing cardboard bracket I fashioned for a wireless router at church.

My wife had another cute shirt idea for her friend’s little girl, so I got to play around with some heat-transfer vinyl this weekend. In all, it was fairly straight forward, though the silhouette brand’s instructions for how long to apply the iron seemed a little excessive. The silhouette brand vinyl was also pretty expensive, ~$15 for 9″ x 36″. I’ll have to see if I can find a slightly bigger size at a better bargain at signwarehouse.com
UPDATE (7-23-2013): I got an action shot of the little lady enjoying her custom shirt!

Today I played a little multi-player Stronghold: Crusader with my oldest son. The quote above was his hilarious response when I asked why he didn’t notice I had destroyed his farms. Funniest thing I’ve heard in awhile, especially in our house.
This is part of something I’m working on for a friend from work, to honor his brother.

I’ve actually had this idea bouncing around in my head for quite some time and just finally had time to work on it. Might look nice on a t-shirt? I also took this action shot of my nerdy roger decal to try and stimulate some sales in my etsy store.

I had our church back home ask if I could help with they’re bulletin cover for this week, and I liked how it came out. Thought I’d post it. Wish I had time to go take my own flag picture, this wasn’t exactly how I wanted it framed, but it still works.
